Barnyard Bulletin Vol.7 Springtime Tails, May 2023

April Showers bring May flowers and less mud and mess! It's finally springtime at Glory Bound Rescue Ranch, and we couldn't be more excited! As we welcome the warmer weather and blooming flowers, we'd like to take a moment to wish all of the Mom's, grandmothers, mother figures, and Rescue Mom's a very happy Mother's Day! We appreciate all the hard work and love that you pour into the humans and animals in your life, and we are grateful for each and every one of you.

We're also looking forward to a busy month here at the ranch, with lots of exciting events coming up. We want to take a moment to thank our amazing volunteers who came out on Clean Up Weekend to help get the farm ready for all of our upcoming events. Your hard work and dedication are what make everything we do possible, and we couldn't do it without you!

May is Dog Anxiety Awareness Month, with the first week dedicated to raising awareness about the prevalence of anxiety in canines.

We are excited to introduce Robyn Scatena, a natural dog trainer and founder of K9 Mama, who we have partnered with to provide valuable insights into canine anxiety. Robyn has written an article for this month's Barnyard Bulletin that gives us a deeper understanding of anxiety in dogs and how we can help our furry friends cope.

The results are in for the Full Bloom Shelter Challenge

We want to thank you for coming together and fighting for Glory Bound Rescue Ranch in the Full Bloom Shelter Challenge. While we did not win the grand prize, we feel like we won something much bigger – the love and support of our incredible community.

Despite being a small rescue up against much larger organizations with three times as many followers, we started in 780th place and made it all the way to 21st place because of your dedication and hard work. That is a victory in our eyes!

We are so grateful to have you by our side, and we know that with your continued support, we will be able to accomplish amazing things for the animals in our care. Thank you for all that you do, and we can't wait to see what we can achieve together in the future
